JTFAT (Journal of Tropical Food and Agroindustrial Technology) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes research and review articles in food and agroindustrial technology. The scope includes food processing, nutrition, food chemistry, food microbiology, post-harvest technology, food biotechnology, sensory evaluation, and agricultural industrial technology. The journal is published twice a year, in January and July, by Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.
